I do not understand the no return on a brand new liner to exchange when the liner they sent me was brand new and only taken out of box and I told them the way that we knew it was wrong was to install but the liner is in the same condition as I received it. They are the most rudest company I have ever dealt with.

I had a professional pool installer out and the brand new liner needs to be replaced because the liner has shrunk! He stated the coping is of inferior quality!
The website states that it is highly recommended to buy and replace the old coping. Horrible customer service! But at least Liner World is sorry!!! Notified company who insisted it would stretch enough to fit and we must have installed it improperly. It is a unibead liner meaning it has a j-hook option. The minute there is any water added to the bottom of the pool and you have warm weather which is what the company says you have to have in order to have the liner stretch the liner will pull out of the j-hook.
Well we installed it by our selves the first time and it failed. Liner came unattached and we lost the water that we had put in. That water ran out and washed out the cove that was in there so we needed more sand to replace it and start again. The next time we hired 2 installers from a local pool place only to have it fail same as it did the first time. The company still insists that the liner is the right size and nothing is wrong with the liner.
They will not refund our money either as it is over their refund time. Of course we have been trying to put it in for 2 months now as we had to have weather over 80 degrees with the sun shinning. They are nothing but a rip off. Liner ordered last spring tore on the seam. They sent a new one, at no cost, shortly before closing for the winter in September …when it was installed.
I open the pool for …another hole! They screen all their calls and then blame not answering their phone on the pandemic. How is this company still open, look at all the reviews. CLOSE them down! They have more bad reviews then any company i have ever seen!! Below is that piece of junk liner they sold me, that flooded my yard and ruined half my neighbors yard.
I am sure you are soaking in all the money you make. Cause is due to poor quality of liner. Beware, their product quality is poor and the 25 year warranty is a scam. Had it professionally installed had water tanked in plus labor to install.
